What we promise

You keep every right.The recording, the song, your name, your image, your artwork. Uploading is permission to stream, sell and play you on the radio — nothing else. It is not exclusive, and it ends when you take the track down. See it in the Terms.

Nobody can blacklist you here.We remove music that breaks the rules or the law, and we tell you which rule. Turning down a deal, an offer or a promotion is not a reason, and that sentence is in the Terms, not in a blog post. Read the removal clause.

The chart math is public and nobody can move it.Score = plays over 7 days + 25 × sales over 7 days. No editorial placement, no hidden weights, no paid positions. Radio spins are counted for you and stay out of the chart, because the station picks those, not listeners. Check our math.

Premium money follows your listeners, not the biggest artist.Every month, 90% of the net subscription money is split by what each subscriber actually played. A fan who only plays you sends their whole share to you. The one exception: a subscriber who played nothing that month has their share split by everyone’s plays, because there is no listening to follow. How the money works.

Every artist gets the same number of radio slots.The station runs an artist-equal wheel: the same number of slots for a catalogue of one as for a catalogue of fifty. Songs run different lengths, and listeners can vote a record into the next slot — those are the only two things that move it. Nobody buys a spin, because there is nothing to buy. Your fans are yours.A fan chooses to share their email with you, and only with you. You download that list whenever you want. Nobody is added by buying or listening, the fan can stop any time, and we never sell, trade or rent it. What we do with data.

Your music trains only the Verse, and you hold the switch.Our own models learn from what happens here so the station, charts and videos get better. They never make a song, a voice or a likeness for release, and nothing here is sold or handed to anyone else's model. Human artists switch training off for their catalog from the dashboard, any time. You can leave in one tap.Take one song down or take everything down, from your dashboard, without emailing anyone. It is off the store, the chart and the radio within a minute, and the audio file leaves its public address with it. Copies already sitting in network and browser caches can keep playing for up to four hours, then they stop too. Money you already earned still pays, and buyers keep what they bought. Your dashboard.

What we are not claiming

The things a page like this usually oversells. Here is where they actually stand.

Your bank, at the register.Connect your bank through Stripe and each sale splits the moment it is bought. Until you connect it, your 90% is held for you and paid when you ask. Both are real; the second one is slower, and we are not going to print the fast one and hide the slow one.

Reach, named exactly.Three places, and you can check all three yourself today: this website, the SMVERSE app on the Amazon Appstore (Fire TV and Fire tablets, free), and the 24/7 station. That is the whole list. Anything we have not shipped does not get a line here — not as “coming soon”, not as “in review”. We have a CarPlay request filed with Apple right now, and it stays off this page until Apple says yes.

We are small.We are not going to tell you there are a thousand stations or fifty staff. The numbers on this site are countable rows, and the small ones stay small in public.
