Delete your account and data

Applies to SUPERMASSIVEVERSE (web), the SMVERSE app and the IRIS app, published by SUPERMASSIVEVERSE.

Delete it yourself, right now

Signed in? Go to Delete my account (also in the app under Library → Account). Type DELETE and it is done on the spot.

Or request deletion by email

1. Email submissions@supermassiveverse.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. Tell us which app the account belongs to (SMVERSE, IRIS, or the website).
3. We confirm the request by replying to that same address, then delete the account.

Requests are completed within 30 days. You do not need to keep the app installed to make the request.

What is deleted

• Your account record: email address, user ID and sign-in credentials
• Your profile, waitlist entry and any preferences stored with the account
• Any audio, images or other files you uploaded for processing

What may be kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (order ID, item, amount, date) are retained by our payment processor Stripe and by us for up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
• Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics that cannot identify you

Delete data without deleting the account

You can also ask us to delete specific data (for example, uploaded files) while keeping your account. Use the same email address and say what you want removed.
