Child Safety Standards

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Applies to IRIS, SMVERSE and supermassiveverse.com, published by SUPERMASSIVEVERSE. Last updated: September 7, 2026.

1. Zero tolerance

We prohibit any content, conduct or activity that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, endangers or abuses minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sextortion, solicitation of minors, and the sharing or requesting of sexual content involving anyone under 18. This applies to every surface we operate: profiles, photos, messages, uploads, comments, waitlists and support channels.

2. Adults only

IRIS is an 18+ service. Every member is verified against a government-issued ID before they can interact with anyone. Accounts that belong to, or are suspected to belong to, a minor are removed. SMVERSE and supermassiveverse.com are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. Prevention and detection

Identity verification at signup (IRIS) and automated checks against stolen and AI-generated photos.
Automated and human review of reported content and accounts.
No unmoderated public channels for minors; no features designed to connect adults with minors.

4. Reporting — in app and outside it

Anyone can report a concern from inside the apps (Report / Contact) or by emailing submissions@supermassiveverse.com with the subject "Child safety report". Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You may report anonymously.

5. Enforcement and law enforcement

Confirmed CSAE violations result in immediate, permanent removal of the account and content.
Apparent CSAM is preserved as required by law, removed from the service, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline and to the relevant authorities. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including United States federal reporting obligations (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
